You can access and change your contact information by clicking on the "I'm {Your Name}, but my information has changed" link on the registration page. (This information may appear on the 2nd or 3rd page).

How do I know when I have reached the end of the survey?
When you see the following message either above or below the survey, you have successfully qualified for the promotion:
"Thank You! Your information was received successfully and you have now been entered to win. THE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE AND E-MAIL."
From there, you can stop taking the survey by clicking on the red "X" at the top right-hand corner of your browser. Or on that page you will be able to start taking another survey for a chance to win more cash prizes.

How do I retrieve my username and password?
Our sites do not require a login or password for users. The registration page features a check box that reads, "Yes, please remember my information. The computer I'm using now is my personal or office computer. No one else uses it." If you check this box, your information will be saved and the system will keep track of which surveys you have taken. Then, you will not have to re-enter your information each time you access the survey.

The survey keeps repeating. What should I do?
On the information page, an option reads, "Yes, please remember my information. The computer I'm using now is my personal or office computer. No one else uses it."
If you select this option, our system will remember your information so you do not have to enter it each time you take a survey. It will also keep track of which surveys you have completed. If you do not select this option, then the surveys will begin to repeat.

Who may take the surveys?
The surveys are open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older.

The survey will not accept my mailing address. What should I do?
Our filters are designed to compare phone numbers and addresses. For this reason some addresses and/or phone numbers may be rejected. Please try your entry again, and if you receive the same error message, scroll down click on the continue button a second time.
If you still receive the error, please contact us and provide the exact mailing address you entered along with the phone number you entered. Once we receive this information we will be better able to assist you.
